Sheriff’s Office

The Sheriff holds an elected office, which is voted on by the citizens of the county. The Sheriff is elected to a four-year term, and he (or she) may serve additional terms if re-elected by the citizens.

SEX OFFENDER REGISTRATION

Offenders must register in the county they reside in within 3 working days of becoming subject to the Act.

CIVIL PROCESS

$50 Pre-payment per person to be served.

If the process requires less than the pre-payment a refund will be issued for the remaining balance.  If the process exceeds the pre-payment amount, a billing will be forwarded to you.
